Halotestin
Halotestin (Halotestos), also known as fluoxymesterone, is a very strong anabolic steroid with powerful androgenic effects. It is derived from methyltestosterone. In medical use, it was first prescribed to treat conditions such as delayed puberty in males, low male hormone development, and certain breast tumors in women.
Because of its strong androgenic nature, fluoxymesterone is mainly used by athletes to boost strength, power, aggression, and muscle hardness without adding body weight. This makes it popular in sports like boxing and other combat disciplines. In bodybuilding, it is used less often since it does not cause noticeable muscle size gains.
Fluoxymesterone does not convert into estrogen and does not cause estrogen-related effects. However, it is extremely androgenic, which makes it unsuitable for female athletes.
One unique benefit of fluoxymesterone is its ability to increase red blood cell production and improve blood flow inside muscle tissue. This leads to better oxygen delivery, which helps increase strength, endurance, and overall performance.
