Ordering Policy
Orders may only be placed through the official website checkout.
There is no minimum order requirement.
Payment must be completed within 5 days of placing an order. Unpaid orders are automatically canceled after this period.
Orders cannot be canceled after payment confirmation. Refunds are not issued if:
The customer changes their mind
The shipment is seized by customs
Order confirmation, including payment instructions and order details, is sent via email.
Shipping Policy
Orders are prepared for dispatch within 48 hours after payment confirmation. Delivery time varies based on destination and warehouse location and may take up to 3 weeks.
A flat shipping fee of $20 USD applies. All shipments include tracking.
In cases of confirmed seizure or loss, one free reshipment is provided, excluding promotional items. Reshipping occurs no earlier than 4 weeks after the original shipment unless valid proof is provided earlier.
Unclaimed or returned packages are not eligible for reshipment.
Customers must record the package opening process to support claims related to missing or damaged items.
Damaged items will be reshipped only if unpacking evidence is provided.
Incorrect delivery details provided by the customer void reshipment eligibility.
Special Conditions & Quality Assurance
Basicstero.ws is the official direct store of Pharmacom Labs. All products are manufactured and quality-controlled internally.
Customers may request independent laboratory testing for unopened products. Testing must meet the following conditions:
Only factory-sealed items are eligible
The laboratory must be certified and provide verifiable report numbers
Customers must notify us in advance, provide the order number, and submit product photos. Replacement of the tested item is guaranteed regardless of results.
If testing reveals deviations beyond ±10% of labeled concentration, Pharmacom Labs will cover testing costs and provide compensation. Deviations within ±10% are considered acceptable.
All testing-related matters are handled individually via email.
Special Notice for Pharmatropin (HGH)
Claims related to Pharmatropin are accepted only within 7 days of delivery confirmation. Proper refrigeration is required to maintain potency. We cannot be held responsible for reduced effectiveness due to improper storage after delivery.
